He is Graduate with first class & Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli and First Class Marine Chief Engineer having prolong shipboard sailing experience, Ship Repairs, Dry docking, Surveys, Salvage operations, New construction ship building work, Cargo handling, Management, New project developments etc. work experience in many foreign countries and also on Indian coast including Konkan region. He is promoter Director of Marine Syndicate Pvt. Ltd. He is Ex. Vice President M/s Chowgule Steamships Ltd. Mumbai. He is  ex-lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, Government Polytechnic Ratnagiri.

He is renowned Civil Engineer and has expertise in construction of roads, building construction, harbour jetties, piling work, marine structures, cargo hoppers, chutes, cargo handling equipments & activities, also hull fabrication and hatch cover repairs of vessels.

He is renowned Mechanical Engineer and Specialist in fuel injection systems of Diesel Engines. He is a First Class Graduate of VJTI, Mumbai passed in year 1971 and has prolong ocean going shipboard experience with Shipping Corporation of India.

He is Ex. Vice Chancellor, Konkan Agriculture University, Dapoli Dist: Ratnagiri. He is an eminent personality in Agriculture, Soil Science, Water Management and Environmental Science.

She is Post-Graduate from Mumbai University. She is Proprietress  of M/s United Associates and M/s Shri Jai Industries both Engineering & Consultancy Firms. Both these firms are working in association with the Company since long.

He is Electrical Engineer having specialized work experience in Power Generation and Power Distribution and also entire electrical installations on board ships. He has good experience of Oil Rig Construction work. He has also good experience of Ship board work in India and overseas countries. He has also good sailing experience on vessels on international voyages.

She is B. Arch. from Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai in year 2007 and having Diploma – design Viz Pro from Maac Institute in year 2009. She is IGBC Accrediated Professional since year 2011. She has also completed CSEB Masonary (Raw earth building) course from Auroville Earth Institute, Tamilnadu. She has good experience on Residential and Infrastructure projects alongwith projects of interior work.

Earlier Miss. Madhuri Pawar and now Mrs. Sanjyokti Surve having completed M.A.,B.Ed and earlier worked as lecturer in one college at Ratnagiri. She has long association with company since beginning and is keen in observing work at project site. She has put considerable efforts in development of company since beginning. She is ‘Director’ of the company having good hold on administration and human resourses. She is one of the first girls working on board ships in the ports of Ratnagiri, Jaigad, Vijaydurg on Konkan Coast when ladies were not working in ship repairs on Indian Coast.

He is graduate and working for the company with total dedication since beginning. While working as Manager (Operations). He looks after land acquisition, land revenue matters, Govt. permissions, work management at project site, public relations etc.

Earlier Miss. Arundhati Sawant and now Mrs. Gauri Sawant is basically Electrical Engineer working in the organization since beginning. She is one of the first girls working on board ships in the ports of Ratnagiri, Jaigad, Vijaydurg on Konkan Coast when ladies were not working in ship repairs on Indian Coast.

He is graduate and working in Management Cadre since beginning of the company. He looks after stores and purchases viewing various requirements at work site. He also attends Bank Transactions for the Company

He is experienced Master of Coastal Shipping Trade and expert in handling vessels and port activities on Konkan and Gujrat coast.

He is First Class Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Chief Marine Engineer having experience in shipping all over the world.

He is Mechanical Engineer having prolong experience of machinery installation on board ships with repairs & maintenance of shipboard machinery. He has worked in ship building and ship repair industry in India and overseas countries.

He is B. E. (Civil) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur and M. E. (Structures) from Pune University. He is handling the projects in exemplary efficient capacity. He is professional signer, musician and instruments player participating in many more programmes and orchestras.
